The Graduate Student Association, in partnership with the Office of Research & Innovation and Graduate College, invites you to register for the Drexel Emerging Graduate Scholars Conference, a free, student-run, University-wide conference highlighting Drexel's graduate student research, April 13 & 14! This year’s theme is Lead. Inspire. Transform.

The annual two-day conference, now in its sixth year, provides opportunities for graduate and professional students at all levels to showcase their work to the greater Drexel community, engage in professional development, network with student peers, postdocs, alumni, faculty and professional staff, and complete for monetary awards.

This year’s conference will take place in a hybrid format with opportunities for both in-person and virtual engagement. In-person activities will take place at the Bossone Research Enterprise Center (3126 Market Street). Most in-person sessions will also be webcast and recorded for later viewing.

Conference Highlights:

• A welcome and keynote address by Kara Spiller, PhD '10, BS/MS '07, Associate Professor in the School of Biomedical Engineering, Science and Health Systems;
• In-person and virtual research poster presentations and oral research presentations;
• Drexel's official Three Minute Thesis (3MT®) Competition, including the opportunity to vote for People's Choice Award;
• The inaugural Student-Centered Applied Learning of Extra-disciplinary Skills ("SCALES") Workshop hosted by the GSA’s Student Development Subcommittee;
• A back-to-school drive to help support local Philadelphia school children;
• In-person breakfast, lunch, and reception included;
• Giveaways, and more!

Advanced registration is required, including for virtual engagement. Please register by 11:59 p.m. EDT Sunday, April 10. Walk-ins may be welcome if space permits.
